(1) do a unit in each of your practice books
(2) read three articles on current events in the Washingtonpost (www.washingtonpost.com) and three articles from one of the science sites.
(3) practice your chinese
(4) work with Mom to develop an art project to finish by the end of the week so I can see it when I get back.
(6) today NO big math book

(1) history: thank you for doing that map the other day. Now here is a page with maps done by people of the 18th century. Look at each one. What does that tell you about their knowledge of north america?

This week we are going to look at the French and Indian War. After you have looked at that map page, look for the French and Indian in Wikipedia and read that. Then go to this page and look at the different historical sites. Much of the war was fought in what is now western pennsylvania and ohio, places you have been to several times.
